FCR1899 Online Store Policies

We are dedicated to delivering your purchases efficiently and reliably. Our delivery services are available within mainland France, Corsica, and Monaco. Please note that delivery times may be extended during promotional periods, such as our Archives sales.

Delivery Options:

  • Standard Delivery:
    • Timeframe: 3 to 4 working days
    • Cost: Free
    • Details: Your package will be delivered to the address provided during checkout, Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, a notice will be left, allowing you to collect your order from the designated post office with valid identification and your order confirmation email.
  • Express Delivery:
    • Timeframe: 1 to 2 working days
    • Cost: €6
    • Details: For expedited service, choose express delivery. Similar to standard delivery, if you're unavailable, a notice will be provided for collection at the nearest post office.
  • Delivery to Store:
    • Timeframe: 3 to 4 working days
    • Cost: Free
    • Details: Opt to have your order delivered to our official store:

    Once your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive a notification. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when collecting your purchase.

  • Delivery to Relay Point:
    • Timeframe: 3 to 4 working days
    • Cost: Free
    • Details: Have your package delivered to a convenient relay point of your choice. Upon arrival, you'll be notified to collect your order within 7 days. Ensure you have your order confirmation and identification for pickup.

Important Note: For Archive orders, delivery times are extended to 10 working days, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. All orders for the 125 Years range will be dispatched early May 2025.

Your satisfaction is paramount. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to be straightforward:

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
  • Eligibility:
    • Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed.
    • Products should be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
    • Personalized products are non-returnable.

  1. Generate Return Label:
    • Scan the QR code on your delivery note and enter your order number and email to access your return label.
    • Alternatively, visit the "Order Tracking" page on our website, input your order number and email, and obtain the return label.
  2. Prepare Your Return:
    • Place the items in their original packaging.
    • Include all associated delivery notes.
    • Affix the return label to the package.
  3. Ship the Package:
    • Drop off the package at the designated postal service.
    • For Archive orders, a €7 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

You can return items to our official store (excluding Affiliates, Corners, and Outlets). Bring your order number and the items you wish to return.

Exchanges and Refunds:

  • In-Store: Returns can be exchanged or refunded.
  • By Post: Returns are eligible for refunds only. For exchanges, please return the item and place a new order.

  • Only items in new, unworn, and unsoiled condition will be refunded.
  • Refunds will be processed within 4 to 10 days after our warehouse receives your package, credited to the original payment method.

Note: If your order includes both Archive items and current collection items, returns for current collections are free, while Archive items incur a €7 return fee.
